CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to any belongings of the residents party or their visitors. The resident is responsible for the condition of the property and the furniture and equipment therein. If there are any breakages or damage it is to paid for in full on your departure.
CANCELLATION:
If unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel your holiday at Greengate Cottage, we will do all we can to re-let the cottage and waive the outstanding balance. Unfortunately, if we are unable to do so you will be liable for the full charge. We suggest that you take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy.
